‘London Views’ by Ed J Bucknall

This is Ed’s second solo show at The Brunel Museum cafe gallery, having previously undertaken a solo show in 2017.
Ed practices as an architect in London, whilst sketching and painting for pleasure.
He uses a mixture of mediums on board and marble to create his unique and exciting art.
He has also exhibited in group art shows at: The Fitzrovia Gallery /Kings Cross, Candid Arts / Angel, Camden Image Gallery /Camden, Leyden Gallery /Whitechapel, The Old Truman Brewery /Brick Lane and the Nolias Gallery /Southwark.
The vibrant city of London and The River Thames is a constant source of inspiration for Ed’s art. He enjoys painting and sketching around London and capturing the ever-changing skyline.
He uses a mixture of mediums and works on reclaimed marble slabs to create his unique and exciting art.
Incorporated in this exhibition areviews of London which have inspired Ed and many have been painted on pieces of marble. As each piece is different and incorporate the natural staining and patina created over time. The resulting pieces are all unique and original.
Ed has exhibited in several London galleries and some of his images have appeared in print publications. His career as an architect is evident in his drawings and paintings of buildings and landscapes.
The exhibition of paintings by Ed J Bucknall will be at the Brunel Museum cafe gallery until end of July 2019 every day 10am – 5pm
