Director’s Diary: Shakespeare on a Bike, Marathon on a River

We are part of Totally Thames Festival a busy programme of theatre, concerts, art installations, walks and talks at locations all over London – and of course cocktails! The Festival celebrates the River Thames, where the Brunels built a famous tunnel, launched a famous ship and built a famous bridge. We begin with Handlebards the company touring Shakespeare on bicycles. Their version of Twelfth Night, the greatest show on two wheels, will be performed on the Museum’s river square.
Heritage boat tours each day and river walks and and on Saturday the best view of the Great River Race
